This policy explains what personal information the Cool Digital MKT website receives, what we use it for, who we share it with and what rights you have over it.
In short
- We only receive the information you give us in a form, in the booking calendar or on WhatsApp and, if you accept it, browsing information.
- We use it to reply to you, handle your appointment or your application and, if you subscribe, send you the newsletter.
- We do not sell your information.
- Some of our providers store information in the United States.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information. We reply within 30 days, free of charge.

1. Who we are and who is accountable for your information
This website belongs to Cool Digital MKT, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
The person in charge of protecting your personal information is Rosa Alexandra Rodríguez, Founder & CEO. You can write to privacy@cooldigitalgrowth.com about anything related to your information.
2. What information we receive and why

We do not ask for sensitive information, such as health, financial or origin data. Please do not send it through the forms.
3. Who can access your information at Cool Digital
Only the people who handle your inquiry or your service: the founder and whoever coordinates your project.
4. Who we share it with
With these providers, which process the information on our behalf and only for the stated purpose:

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it with authorities only when the law requires it.
5. Information outside Canada and Quebec
Several of these providers store information in the United States. There, that country’s authorities may access it under its laws. Before using each provider we assess how it protects information, and we protect it by contract with terms comparable to Canada’s.
6. How long we keep it
- Inquiries that do not lead to a service: 2 years from the last contact.
- REPRESENTA™ applications not accepted: 1 year.
- Information about a service provided: as long as the law requires for business and accounting records.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. After that we only keep your email on the unsubscribe list, so we do not write to you again.
- Analytics and advertising: according to each service’s periods, described in the Cookie policy.
When the period ends, we delete the information or make it anonymous.
7. Your rights
You can:
- ask us for access to your information and a copy;
- ask us to correct or update it;
- withdraw your consent, for example by unsubscribing from the newsletter or changing your cookie choice;
- ask us to delete your information when we no longer need it;
- if you live in Quebec, also receive your information in a structured, commonly used format, and ask us to stop disseminating information about you or to remove a link to it when that causes you harm.
Write to privacy@cooldigitalgrowth.com with your name and what you are asking for. We reply within 30 days, free of charge. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
If you disagree with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca) or, if you live in Quebec, with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
8. Security
- The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Only the people handling your case access your information.
- Admin panel passwords are never stored in plain text.
- We keep a record of incidents. If one presents a risk of significant harm, we notify the people affected and the authority.
9. Minors
The website is intended for adults. If you believe a minor has sent us their information, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we publish the new version on this page with its date. If the change affects how we use your information, we let you know on the website beforehand.
